Rentals & Eligibility
What documents are required?
You need a valid, unexpired driver's license in your own name, a government-issued photo ID, and a payment method in your name. If you are renting for gig work, we also ask for a screenshot showing your active driver account on the platform you drive for.
What is the minimum rental period?
One week. Roavix rents on a weekly basis only, and your rental renews for as long as you need the vehicle.
How fast is approval?
Most requests are reviewed the same business day. Once your documents are verified we confirm your pickup time and the car is ready to collect.
Insurance & Mileage
Is insurance included?
Yes. Insurance coverage is included with every approved weekly rental.
Are there mileage limits?
No. Every Roavix rental comes with unlimited miles.
What happens if the vehicle needs maintenance?
Routine maintenance is included and handled by us. If something needs attention during your rental, contact us and we will arrange the service.
Using the Vehicle
Can I use the vehicle for DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, Grubhub or medical courier work?
Yes. Our vehicles are rented specifically with gig work in mind.
Can I rent for personal use instead?
Absolutely. Personal-use renters are welcome on exactly the same weekly terms.
